Hattie (HattieLearns.com) is operated by Wolve House Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Hattie, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account or make a purchase. Children may use packets only under the supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher.
3. The Service
Hattie generates personalized learning packets from the "Ask Hattie" questionnaire. Each packet comes as a Color PDF and a Low Ink black-and-white PDF.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Single Build: $7 per packet, a one-time charge.
- Unlimited: $15 per month for unlimited builds.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with notice.
5. Automatic Renewal
The Unlimited plan renews automatically every month at $15 and charges the payment method on file until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime online from your account.
- Cancelling stops all future charges.
- Your access continues through the end of the current paid month.
6. Promo Codes
Promotional codes (such as PUMPKIN) are one-time use, apply only to the product stated, can't be combined, have no cash value, and may expire.
7. Refunds
Packets are digital and delivered immediately, so purchases are non-refundable. If a packet fails to generate or has a technical error, contact us and we'll rebuild it at no charge.
8. Downloads
Packets are not stored by Hattie. Download and save your PDFs right away.
9. License and Permitted Use
You may print and copy packets for your own family or your own students or classroom. Reselling, redistributing or publishing packets is not allowed.
10. Educational Disclaimer
Packets are AI-assisted educational resources. Please review all content before use. They are not a substitute for professional educational, medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and Hattie doesn't guarantee specific learning outcomes.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Hattie unlawfully, abuse the service, or try to disrupt it.
12. Intellectual Property
The Hattie name, site and design belong to Wolve House Labs LLC.
13. Limitation of Liability
Hattie is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Hattie after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
