2. What We Collect

• Account info: your email and name.
• Subscription and purchase records, and any promo code you used.
• Basic site analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.

3. Questionnaire Answers

Your Ask Hattie answers are used only to generate your packet in that session. They are not stored after the packet is created.

Please don't enter a child's full name, school, address or other identifying details. A first name or nickname is enough.

4. Packets

Generated PDFs are not stored on our servers. Download them right away.

5. AI Processing

To write your packet, your questionnaire answers are sent to an AI service, Lovable's AI gateway, which uses a model from OpenAI. Your answers are sent only to generate the packet and are not stored by Hattie.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

7. Cookies

We use cookies only for sign-in, basic site function and analytics.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Hattie is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child's information was submitted, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account data while your account is active, or as needed for billing records. Email us anytime to delete your account and data.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

You can request access to or deletion of your personal information. We don't sell personal information. See Do Not Sell or Share.

11. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date.
